Just like the physical show, the virtual edition will showcase work of a diverse group of specialists from major vendors such as wedding planners, hotels, florists, bakers, bridal shops, transportation, salons, make-up artists and hair stylists, photographers, wedding decorators, invitation card designers, entertainment etc. From the whole African Region. The show is also a brilliant opportunity for brides and grooms to be who are unable to travel,(including diaspora) to meet with vendors from the comfort of their own homes, anywhere in the world. It will be free for them to attend and all they will need is a mobile phone or laptop and access to internet.

The “East African Wedding Show” – Virtual Edition will feature virtual booths whereby exhibitors are listed and attendees are able to click through to "visit" the different booths which include a brief description of the company as well as relevant materials such as website links and work portfolio. To make the exhibition more engaging, the platform will also include live sessions from popular wedding planners and influencers from the region, panel discussions and live entertainment, a lounge area where vendors can meet and interact with each other and a chat function for attendees and vendors to communicate and share material with each other.
